   These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from our store, whether online or offline.

2. Product Quality & Availability
   We ensure that all meat products are fresh and handled according to food safety standards.
   Product availability may vary depending on stock and seasonal supply.
3. Orders & Pricing
   All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
   Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for online orders).
   We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery & Pickup
   Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, traffic, or other factors.
   
   • 0 to 5 km: Delivery within 30 minutes to 1 hour
   • 5 to 10 km: Delivery within 1 hour
   • 10 to 15 km: Delivery within 1.5 hours
   Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.
   For pickup orders, customers should collect within the agreed timeframe to ensure freshness.
5. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the perishable nature of meat, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered/picked up.
   Refunds will only be processed if the product is proven to be defective, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery/pickup.
   Customers must raise complaints within [2 hours] of delivery with proof (photo/video).
6. Hygiene & Safety
   All products are processed and packed following strict hygiene standards.
   Customers are advised to store products properly (refrigerated or frozen) upon receipt to maintain freshness.
7. Customer Responsibilities
   Ensure accurate order details at the time of placing the order.
   Verify product condition at delivery/pickup.
   Follow proper storage and cooking guidelines for safe consumption.
8. Liability
   J.R.Best Bites LLP will not be held responsible for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or cooking of meat products after delivery/pickup.
