Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

At J.R.Best Bites LLP, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meat products. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
    Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
  2. Refund Policy
    Due to the perishable nature of meat, returns are not accepted after delivery or pickup.
    Refunds will only be processed if:
    • The wrong item was delivered.
    • The product was spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery/pickup.
    • The delivered quantity was less than what was ordered and paid for.
    All refund requests must be raised within 3 hours of delivery/pickup with valid proof (photo/video).
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 working days. For COD orders, refunds may be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
  3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
    We deliver only within Hyderabad city limits.
    Delivery slots are based on availability and customer location.
    Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.
    Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
    If the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect details, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.
    Pickup orders must be collected within the agreed time to ensure freshness.
  4. Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are allowed only at the time of delivery if the wrong product was delivered.
    Customers must return the incorrect product immediately to the delivery person for the exchange to be processed.
